BorderlessKit sets up US companies for people who live outside the United States. Our done-for-you service, ordered through the order area of the Site, is governed by our Done-For-You Service Agreement, which you accept before paying; if it conflicts with these Terms, the agreement wins. Other content on the Site is general information.

We are not a law firm or a financial advisory firm. The Services and any content provided do not constitute legal, financial, or tax advice.
